Dr. Michael Belkowski PT, DPT, CIDN, CMP, CSCS

As a physical therapist, Dr. Belkowski has worked with patients across the lifespan spectrum and has considerable experience with Integrative Dry Needling, orthopedic injuries and running biomechanics and rehabilitation.

As a health coach, Dr. Belkowski constantly questions the status quo in pursuit of a healthier, more fulfilling way of life.  He is impassioned to live a happy, healthy lifestyle and disseminate his knowledge to others who are in pursuit of this thriving way of life.

During his free time, Dr. Belkowski enjoys hiking, trail running, playing sports (hockey and basketball), reading, traveling, cooking and, of course, learning.
