This is the application of scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance.  Sport-specific testing sessions are administered, along with implementation of individually designed strength training and conditioning programs, depending on the needs of the athlete.  The athlete will also be provided guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.​​
